Returns and Refunds
How It Works
Due to the nature of the products being created, and each item being bespoke and personalised with your own materials, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. I am however able to offer repairs as detailed in this section.
We accept cancellations within 3 days of your order. If cancelled within this time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation after this time will result in costs being incurred to us, and therefore full refunds will not be offered.
We pride ourselves on quality, if you are unhappy with the quality of your item please contact us and we can arrange to resolve.

Loose stone:
I am able to repair or replace a lost stone within 3 months of purchase provided all care instructions have been followed.
​Broken:
E.g. metal snapped. This can be repaired or replaced free of charge within 3 months of your order, as long as the item has been cared for and the item is not broken as a result of your own carelessness or accident.
Stone or Gem fallen out:
Should your inclusion stone fall out within three months, please contact me and I can repair if all of the care instructions have been followed.

In cases of Halo Rings, should an accent stone fall out from your Halo within three months, please contact me and I can arrange a replacement ring.
Lost settings, outside of the guarantee period. I can provide a quote and if you wish repair or replace for a cost (cost price).

​Return postage should be paid for by the individual, and it is recommended signed for delivery. Beyond the bluebells do not accept liability for any items lost in the post.

PRODUCTS PRICES & VAT
All prices on the website include VAT at 20% where applicable.

We try to give you the best prices we can and will try to hold our prices wherever possible however we do reserve the right to change prices at any time. When we can get items at a better price we will pass on the benefits to you as well.

Our full range of stock is available on the website and is therefore the most up to date source of pricing. When we produce printed highlights catalogues or flyers the prices will be accurate at the time of printing, however please note these may be subject to change and we reserve the right to amend our prices to accommodate the current market values.

We are sure you understand that occasionally there are unexpected price changes from suppliers and fluctuations in the world markets, therefore the website is always the best reference for up to date information.
PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not pass on or sell your personal information to any third party (except in a few cases where a third party is necessary to assist in the process and despatch of your order). We keep a secure database of your contact details, so we can contact you quickly if there is a query on your order. We try to process your order as quickly as possible and try to avoid any delays, so having your telephone number to contact you if there is a query will mean you still receive your order on time. We will never share your information with other companies without your consent and will not bombard you with junk mail.

Advertising and Socials
Please be aware that pictures of your finished jewellery may be used on our website and on our main social media platforms e.g. Facebook and Instagram for advertising purposes. All order details will be kept confidential in line with the data protection act. However if you would not like your jewellery shared on social media or my website please get in touch and I will make a note of it. We will not post photos of your jewellery until you have received it, you should be the first one to see your special keepsake.
ARTISTS DISCRETION POLICY
Please note that every piece of jewellery is completely unique. The milk and hair inclusions will vary from mother to mother. While I welcome pictures of my pieces as ideas and inspiration, it is not always possible to exactly replicate previous work. I will do my best and get as close as i can, but know that your jewellery will be a completely unique creation all on its own.
